Women, Infants an Children (WIC) Program

My Brother's Table supplements the Federal WIC, The Woman, Infants, and Children Program, by providing formula and baby food to babies and children who are WIC eligible. Specifically, we serve children identified with Failure to Thrive who exceed Federal weight guidelines or are in the WIC waiting period or need specialized formula not provided by WIC.

Description:

Eligible participants will receive vouchers for milk, cheese, eggs, tuna fish, cereal, fruit juice, infant formula, peanut butter, carrots, dried beans and peas.
Eligibility:

Applicants must be a MA resident, a pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding woman or an infant or child under 5 years of age. Applicants must have a nutritional need and have a household income that is less than or equal income guidelines. Applicants who currently receive TAFDC are eligible for WIC. Fathers, guardians or foster parents may also apply for their children.
